Service Promise

Lehulu is committed to the needs of our customers, and, as a result, all of our services are designed from the perspective of customer convenience. With smart new uniforms, and working as customer service champions, all of our staff have been trained to offer an unparalleled level of customer service.

Lehulu is looking to continually improve service delivery, which is why we see collecting and responding to customer queries and complaints as a critical aspect of our work. We rely on customers to let us know how things can work better, so we can make the necessary changes.

Service Reliability

In order to ensure excellent and reliable service for the customer, many measures have been taken:

  • Every Lehulu center has an alternative power source so that service will continue as normal, even during power outages!
  • The location and scale of each Lehulu Center has been carefully chosen to meet anticipated demand, helping to balance the load on every center
  • All data is backed up using state-of-the-art redundant failover backup servers in a remote location, meaning that in case of disaster at our main data center, service continues uninterrupted by automatically switching to the backup server
  • State-of-the-art technology has been employed to ensure a reliable data connection, providing consistent and reliable service for our customers
  • Load-Balanced Centers – each center can be monitored centrally, to detect when they become busy, allowing the load to be managed and adjusted
