Hundreds of staff members have been recruited and trained to perform their new duties as customer service champions for Lehulu centers across Addis Ababa. This unique customer-focused approach is backed by distinct branding, including an elegant renovation of the centers, attractive staff uniforms, and sophisticated marketing materials.
